REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration fees include access to all conference events held at the LBJ Student Center and the reception held on October 31 at the Aquarena Springs Center.
CEU course registration fees are separate from conference registration fees.

| Exhibitor Registration Includes registration for one attendee | $300 |
| Student Registration Students may register to attend either one or both days. The evening reception on October 31, 2005 is not included in registration fees. | $40/day |
| Student Poster Submission Fees are waived upon acceptance of the poster into the poster contest. Students will be notified of status by October 15, 2005. Students whose poster abstract is not accepted will need to pay a student registration fee to attend. | No fee until further notification |

Refund Policy
Conference fee refunds will be conducted under the following refund schedule:

| September 1—October 1, 2004 | 75% |
