Two parking options are available to conference attendees:
Free parking will available at Aquarena Springs Center within easy access off of Aquarena Springs Dr. Shuttle service between LBJ Center and Aquarena Springs Center will be provided. Shuttle schedule is as follows:
Continuous service from 8:30-9:30am and 4:30-5:00pm each day
Service every 15 minutes between 9:30am-4:30pm each day
Ride time is approximately 5-10 minutes.
For added convenience, registration will be available at this location on the morning of the 31 st until 10:00am. Following conference activities on the 31st, attendees may shuttle back to Aquarena Springs Center for the evening reception.
Parking is available at the LBJ Center for a fee of $6 per day. Located on campus at the site of conference, this parking garage is used by staff and students and available space cannot be guaranteed. Morning hours are the busiest; this may be a favorable option for those who arrive later in the day.
